1 General Terms

This document serves as a legal agreement between hijee and every registered or unregistered user of this platform. By accessing or using hijee's website, mobile interface, and all associated services, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted every clause of these terms and conditions.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hijee currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — The mobile wallet service of United Commercial Bank.

3.2 Deposit Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). hijee aims to process approved withdrawal requests generally within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required for identity verification or other security reviews.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hijee offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus — giving you a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳15,000 — a total of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The welcome bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳25,000 (twenty-five thousand taka) before withdrawing that bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus offers — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using fraudulent tactics, or repeatedly claiming bonuses from the same household or device — is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the related bonus and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, hijee may run additional promotions, reload bonuses, or special offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will apply alongside these general terms.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

hijee's VIP program has three tiers. Based on regular play, you can move up to a higher tier:

• Bronze tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP cashback is calculated and credited to the account at a set time each week. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback balances — contact the support team for details.

6 Betting Policy

6.1 General Betting Terms

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless hijee itself announces a cancellation. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hijee reserves the right to void those bets.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Arbitrage betting or coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any unfair technical advantage.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

hijee reserves the right to set a maximum winnings amount on a single bet or within a specific time period. This limit may vary across different games or events. For unusually large winnings, payment may be held until an additional verification process is completed.

7 Responsible Gaming
